Welcome to Derek's Pet Shop! Our shipping policy is designed to ensure that your products reach you in a timely manner and in perfect condition. We use reliable methods and carefully consider packaging to maintain the quality of your orders. All Dry Goods are Free Shipping including heavy items. Prices are increased on the website compare to in store shopping to accommodate our free shipping.

Livestock orders will only be shipped if outside temperatures conditions meet our requirements. We care for our animals and we don't want to stress them anymore than they have to.

Dry good liquids, Test Kits (Liquid Reagents) and Bacteria will only be shipped on next day shipping during winter months (freezing temps). There will be no free shipping on these items during these times.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Derek's Pet Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our return and exchange policy is here to help. We aim to make the process straightforward and hassle-free, ensuring that you can shop with confidence.

There will be no returns on our livestock orders. All Aquatic Fish Livestock go through our 40 Day Quarantine. We do guarantee Arrive Alive. If any DOA (Dead on Arrival) pictures and video must be submitted to us within 24 hours.
